Delivery Timeframes
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Costs
All our products are delivered at a rate of £19.99.

Dispatch Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all mainland UK addresses. If you are located in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or other remote areas, please contact us prior to ordering for a delivery quote and timeframe.

Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. Please follow these instructions promptly to avoid delays or returns.

Delivery Issues or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos where applicable so we can resolve the issue swiftly.
